October has been a HUGE month for sneakers. With fire
releases dropping after fire releases, there’s never been
a better time to be a sneakerhead. That being said, we’ve
done the impossible task of rounding up the ten best drops
of this month. From general releases to some of the most
exclusive kicks in the world, we’ve carefully handpicked
Coptober’s most desirable drops that you need in your
sneaker collection!

Kicking off Coptober, Off-White reunited with Nike for the
hotly anticipated category/off-white-shoes/">Off-White x Nike Blazer Spooky
Pack
on October 3rd. Comprising of the ‘All
Hallow’s Eve’ and ‘Grim Reaper’, the former is painted
in a clean tonal colourway, with ‘Hyper Jade‘ accents
throughout and a large orange Swoosh shooting down the side
panels that kind of resemble the colour of pumpkins. The
latter, on the other hand, arrives in a stealthy grim
reaper-like shade, with white detailing and a complementary
Swoosh for a bit of added contrast.October 11th saw the
release of the hotly anticipated Tom Sachs x Nike Mars Yard
Overshoe. Featuring a pair of Mars Yard 2.0 sneakers
stitched into an inner layer, these other-worldly sneakers
are covered with a waterproof Dyneema material for extra
warmth. A cord lock secures the shoes in place, while
magnetic buckles offer the optimum lockdown fit.

An offshoot of UNDERCOVER, the
Gyakusou x Nike Zoom Fly
SP
collection features a stretch woven Flymesh upper
accented by matching dynamic stripes along the toe and
midfoot, along with mini Swoosh and crossbones branding
done in white. Released on October 6th in three distinct
colourways, a Lunarlon cushioning system sits underfoot,
while a full length carbon-infused nylon torsion plate and
segmented rubber outsole complete the design.Boasting a
more pared-down aesthetic compared to the first iteration,
the Off-White x Converse Chuck Taylor 70 dropped on October
8th. Painted in a clean white canvas complete with a bold
orange outsole and zip tie, Off-White’s signature verbiage
hits the side, and down below, a black and white rubber
midsole can be seen, resembling Virgil Abloh’s iconic
striped motif.

Painted in a monotone oxidised green hue, the
Daniel Arsham x adidas
Futurecraft 4D
is the holy grail for many
sneakerheads. Released on October 12th, these forward-
thinking sneakers are crafted from Primeknit and sit on top
of a sole unit made with light and oxygen via Digital Light
Synthesis, a 3D printing process that provides
unprecedented support, cushioning, and energy return. To
top it all off, speckled laces are added to complement the
intricate perforations across the model.Hitting shelves on
October 17th, the adidas Futurecraft 4D I-5923 arrived as
part of the ‘Never Made’ collection. The epitome of
classic-meets-contemporary, the upper is borrowed straight
from the I-5923, adopting the retro runner’s knitted mesh
construction and premium suede overlays, whilst the 3D
printed midsole is clearly taken from the coveted
Futurecraft 4D. To round it all off, clean white Three
Stripe branding adorns the lateral and medial sides, and a
Continental rubber outsole provides unbeatable durability
and toughness with every step.
