NAIROBI Air Max Womens , Nov. 11 (Xinhua) -- Kenya has moved to avert being black listed by the World Anti Doping Agency (Wada) by commissioning a committee to probe doping cases on Monday.

With the WADA November deadline for the East African nation to take action against rising cases of drug abuse especially among the country's runners, the Cabinet Secretary for Sports, Dr. Hassan Wario, gave the 11-man committee chaired by Professor Moni Wekesa two months to come up with a comprehensive report.

Its mandate covers investigating all doping cases, identifying persons or institutions linked to drug abuse, access to drugs and related substances among athletes within the country and make recommendations on the legal structures that could eliminate the use and abuse of drugs.

"These doping allegations are as an opportunity for Kenya to put in place a comprehensive program that will protect our athletes against doping and reserve the spirit of fair play in sports.

"To maintain credibility Cheap Nike Air Max Womens , we have to ensure that the anti-doping measures are fully in place and ensure intelligent testing is being planted to effectively detect doping and also limit the supply of doping substances," said the Cabinet Secretary.

The Committee was launched 24 hours before the start of the WADA Congress in South Africa where the country's refusal to probe doping allegations that have spiked in the last two years was to be discussed.

Kenya will send a delegation of government officials to attend the four-day congress who are expected to depart for South Africa on Monday night.

Wario urged all stakeholders including, national federations, coaches, medical personnel, athletes Nike Air Max Womens Black , law enforcement agencies and Anti-Doping Organizations to give the committee all the support they need to execute their mandate.

The function was attended by head of local sports federations including, athletics, football, rugby, volleyball, hockey Nike Air Max Womens Clearance , boxing and National Olympic Committee of Kenya.

Since January 2012, 17 Kenyan runners have been suspended for doping violations, including the captain of the national team for the Punta Umbria World Cross, Matthew Kiosorio who was sanctioned for steroid use.

They discovered a way of intercepting messages transmittedbetween fitness trackers and cloud servers, where data is sent foranalysis. This allowed them to access personal information andcreate false activity records.

The team even demonstrated how the system that keeps data on thedevices secure -- called end-to-end encryption -- can becircumvented. By dismantling devices and modifying informationstored in their memory, researchers bypassed the encryption systemand gained access to stored data.

In response to the findings, Fitbit has developed softwarepatches to improve the privacy and security of its devices,according to the team.
