But Derwin James read the play and stopped it for no gain."That play should be second-guessed because it didn't work," Gruden said. "But that wasn't the plan. That wasn't the plan."The Raiders were outgaining the Chargers 165-6 early in the second quarter when they faced a third down at the 21, leading 3-0.
